Mary Whitehawk

Chairwoman Mary Whitehawk has served the Clearwater Band for over 20 years in various leadership roles. Elected Tribal Chair in 2022, she brings deep commitment to sovereignty, cultural revitalization, and economic development.

Background

Chairwoman Whitehawk holds a Juris Doctorate from the University of Minnesota Law School and previously served as the tribe's General Counsel.
