The Housing Assistance Program helps enrolled members secure safe, affordable housing through rental assistance, home ownership programs, and housing rehabilitation services.

• Low-income rental assistance (income-based)
• First-time homebuyer down payment assistance
• Home rehabilitation and weatherization grants
• Emergency housing assistance
• Elder home modification for accessibility

How to Apply

Applications are accepted year-round at the Housing Department office. Applicants must be enrolled members of the Clearwater Band and provide proof of income and household size.
